1. Material used for the house:

A. The main structure mainly uses hot galvanized steel structure,the exterior wall and the wall partition can use *0mm, *5mm or **0mm color steel sandwich panel. The roof can use *0mm, *5mm or **0mm color steel sandwich panel or metallic decorative tile according to customers favorite.

B. The door can use color steel sandwich panel or plastic steel. The window uses plastic steel.

C. The low cost house doesn't include the foundation construction part.

2. Technical specifications:

A: The house in in compliance with the Integra Building System. The life time is *5years with well maintenance.

B. Wind speed resistance is **4km/h.

C. Earth resistance: Above 8 grades.

3. Size and design:

The size is flexible and can be designed according to customers demand. The design is subject to customers final confimation.

4. Electricity system:

None. If needed, the extra fee will be charged.
